Safe Play — Always

Responsible Gambling

Gambling is entertainment — not a solution to financial pressure or personal stress. Slotsk is committed to giving every player the tools, information and support needed to stay in control. This page is for every Pakistani player who wants to play smart.

If gambling is causing you harm right now, use our self-exclusion tool immediately or contact support at [email protected]

Play Informed, Play in Control

At Slotsk, responsible gambling is not a legal checkbox — it is a genuine priority. We understand that for most players across Pakistan, whether they are following the PSL season in Lahore or catching a live cricket match from Karachi, gambling is a form of entertainment that adds to the enjoyment of sport. It should stay that way.

Gambling becomes harmful when it stops being a choice and starts becoming a compulsion. It happens gradually. A losing streak during the ICC T20 World Cup, chasing a bet to recover from a bad session, skipping responsibilities to play — these are not signs of bad character. They are signs that gambling has shifted from recreation into something that needs attention.

Slotsk provides every registered user with a full suite of responsible gambling tools available directly through account settings. These tools are free to use, effective immediately and — where applicable — irrevocable for the selected period. We do not make them hard to find and we do not penalise players who use them.

Legal Notice: Pakistan has gambling restrictions including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Slotsk does not claim authorisation by the Government of Pakistan. Users must determine the legality of online gambling in their specific jurisdiction. This page does not constitute legal advice.

🔞

Adults Only — 18 or Older

Or the higher minimum required by the operator license jurisdiction.

The Slotsk platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years and over. This is a hard minimum. Operators may impose a higher minimum age depending on their license jurisdiction. Reaching 18 does not, by itself, determine the lawfulness of gambling participation under Pakistani law.

Age verification is mandatory for all accounts. KYC documents — including Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence — must be submitted before deposits, withdrawals and certain game features are activated. Failure to verify age will result in account suspension.

If you are a parent or guardian concerned about underage access, please visit our FAQ for guidance on parental controls and how to report suspected underage accounts.

Your Responsible Gambling Toolkit

Every one of these tools is available in your Slotsk account settings at any time. They are free, immediate and — for self-exclusion — permanent if you choose. Use them proactively, not as a last resort.

💰
Deposit Limits

Set a cap on how much you can deposit within a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once your limit is reached, further deposits are blocked until the period resets. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a cooling-off period.

📉
Loss Limits

Define the maximum net loss you are comfortable with in any given period. When your cumulative losses hit the threshold, your account is automatically restricted from further wagering until the limit period expires.

⏱️
Session Time Limits

Set a maximum playing session duration. When time is up, the Platform will alert you and — if configured — log you out automatically. Short, timed sessions help prevent the distorted sense of time that can accompany extended play.

🔔
Reality Checks

Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net session outcome. Reality checks are a simple nudge that helps you make an active, informed decision about whether to continue or stop.

🚫
Self-Exclusion

Request a temporary break (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion. During exclusion, your account is locked, marketing communications are stopped and — where applicable — your details are shared with recognised responsible gambling registries. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.

❄️
Cooling-Off Period

If you want a short pause without committing to full self-exclusion, a cooling-off period gives you a defined break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Your account is locked for play during this time but remains accessible for withdrawal of genuine winnings.

Setting Limits That Work for You

Setting responsible limits before you start playing — not after you have already gone too far — is one of the single most effective habits a player can develop.

📅
Daily Deposit Limit

Cap your deposits within any 24-hour rolling period. Suitable for players who want tight daily control — for example, PKR 1,000 per day maximum.

📆
Weekly Deposit Limit

A broader cap across seven consecutive days. Useful when daily limits feel too restrictive but you still want a meaningful weekly ceiling — e.g., PKR 5,000 per week.

🗓️
Monthly Deposit Limit

A total deposit cap for the calendar month. Ideal for budgeting entertainment spending the same way you would budget any discretionary expense — e.g., PKR 15,000 per month.

📊
Net Loss Limit

Caps how much you can lose net of winnings in a defined period. Once reached, wagering is suspended regardless of your remaining account balance.

⏰
Wagering Time Limit

Limits the total number of hours you can spend on the Platform in any single day. Once elapsed, you are logged out and cannot re-enter until the next day begins.

🔄
Limit Reduction Protocol

Reducing any limit takes effect immediately. Requesting an increase requires a mandatory waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions during or immediately after play.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling does not always announce itself clearly. These are recognised behavioural signals that suggest gambling may have shifted from entertainment to something harmful. If several of these apply to you, please use our self-exclusion tool or contact support.

Spending more money on gambling than you intended or can afford — going beyond your PKR budget repeatedly

Chasing losses — placing more bets specifically to try to recover money you have already lost in the same or previous session

Feeling anxious, irritable or restless when you cannot gamble or when you try to cut down

Lying to family members — in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or elsewhere — about how much time or money you spend on gambling

Neglecting work, study or important responsibilities because of gambling activity

Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling

Gambling as a way to escape stress, depression, loneliness or other emotional difficulties

Persistent thoughts about gambling when not playing — preoccupied with past bets or planning next sessions

Safe Gambling Practices

Players who maintain these habits consistently report a more enjoyable, sustainable relationship with gambling. These are not restrictions — they are frameworks for keeping gambling where it belongs: in the entertainment column.

Set a fixed budget before every session and treat it as your entertainment spend — like buying a ticket, not an investment

Use your deposit and loss limit tools — configure them in account settings before your first session, not after you have already overspent

Take regular breaks — step away from the screen, especially during extended sporting events like PSL or ICC tournaments

Never gamble to recover losses — accept that losing sessions happen and that chasing them is how small losses become large ones

Avoid gambling when you are emotional, stressed, tired or under the influence of substances that impair judgement

Balance gambling with other leisure activities — sports, socialising, fitness. Gambling should be one activity among many, not the main event

Keep gambling and finances completely separate — never use rent, utility payments, savings or borrowed funds for wagering

Talk openly to someone you trust if you think gambling is becoming a problem — shame and secrecy make problem gambling worse, not better

Ask Yourself These Questions

This is not a diagnostic tool. It is a reflection exercise. If you answer "Yes" to several of these questions, we strongly encourage you to speak with a support resource or apply a self-exclusion immediately.

01

Have you ever gambled with money that was set aside for essential expenses — rent, groceries, utility bills or school fees?

02

Have you tried to stop or reduce your gambling but found it difficult or impossible to do so for any sustained period?

03

Have you placed progressively larger bets over time to feel the same level of excitement you once felt with smaller amounts?

04

Have you hidden gambling activity — accounts, transaction history, time spent playing — from family members or people close to you?

05

Has gambling caused conflict in your relationships, affected your performance at work or studies, or disrupted important daily responsibilities?

06

Do you feel a strong urge to gamble specifically when you are stressed, anxious, lonely or dealing with a difficult situation?

07

Have you ever borrowed money, sold personal belongings or requested financial help from others specifically to fund gambling?

08

After a winning session, do you almost always return to gamble with those winnings rather than withdrawing or saving them?

If you answered "Yes" to two or more of these questions, please take action now. Apply a self-exclusion through your account settings or contact our support team. You are not alone — help is available and using it is a sign of strength, not weakness.

How to Exclude Yourself from Slotsk

Self-exclusion is the most powerful responsible gambling tool available. It is available to any registered user at any time, immediately, at no cost. Here is how to activate it.

A temporary exclusion covers a minimum of 24 hours and can extend to 6 months or more. A permanent exclusion is irreversible and removes your access to the Platform for life. During any exclusion period, we will stop all promotional communications, restrict account access for play and — where applicable — pass your details to responsible gambling registries to prevent re-registration.

1
Log In to Your Account

Access your Slotsk account on any device. If you have already been locked out or cannot remember your credentials, contact support directly at [email protected] with your registered email address or mobile number.

2
Navigate to Responsible Gambling Settings

Go to Account Settings and select the "Responsible Gambling" or "Player Protection" section. This is accessible from the main account dashboard on desktop and mobile.

3
Select Self-Exclusion

Choose between a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Read the terms for each option carefully before confirming — permanent exclusion cannot be undone.

4
Confirm Your Decision

You will be asked to confirm your exclusion. Once confirmed, your account is locked for play immediately. Any pending bets already placed will be settled per normal rules. Genuine account balances remain accessible for withdrawal subject to KYC.

5
Receive Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation of your self-exclusion to your registered email address. Marketing communications are stopped immediately. If you do not receive confirmation within an hour, contact support to verify the exclusion is active.

Getting Help Beyond Slotsk

Slotsk's own tools are a starting point. For players who need more structured support, recognised organisations operating within the scope of the operator's license jurisdiction provide free, confidential assistance.

🤝
Operator-Linked Support

Licensed operators integrated with Slotsk are required to maintain access to recognised responsible gambling organisations within their license jurisdiction. Details of applicable support organisations are published in the operator's terms and available through in-account support. Access them through your account settings or via the live chat function.

💬
Confidential Counselling

Mental health support for gambling-related issues is available through various confidential counselling services. In Pakistan, professional mental health support can be accessed through private psychologists, hospital psychiatry departments and recognised charitable mental health organisations operating in major cities including Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.

👨‍👩‍👧
Family & Community Support

Gambling problems often affect families as well as the individual player. If a family member in Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar — or anywhere in Pakistan — is affected by someone else's gambling, support is available through family counselling services and community welfare organisations. Speaking to someone is always the right first step.

Slotsk Support: Our support team can be reached at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Live chat is available subject to operator provision. For responsible gambling tool activation, our support team will prioritise your request and action it without delay. Response times may vary, but responsible gambling tool requests — especially self-exclusion — are treated as urgent.
